If there’s nothing to report about, perhaps you shouldn’t put out an episode, or, perhaps do your own research without relying too much on what appears in your RSS news readers.
I hope this helps.

What is wrong with the Mini? Let me tell you from a rabid fan, but not a fan-boy. The entire conversation in support of the Mini staying as-is came off as fanboy logic. I will tell you why my family of Mac users cannot even with a straight face recommend the Mini over competitors. It has to have more video memory (similar as a MINIMUM to the MacBook), and competitive RAM (you are hard pressed to get a WIN PC with less than a gig in this price point, no matter what was said on this program).
The mere lack of decent video memory that kept me from buying a Mini 3 different times over the past 2 years. Instead I purchased 2 MacBooks, and a cheap WINPC that was the same price, but more powerful than the mini. That sickened me to do, but it had to be done since Apple refuses to make the Mini marketable in a Win world.

I was interested in your discussion on Mac switchers and the Mac mini. I switched over to the Mac in late 2006, onto a Mac mini. I had owned, before this, a tower PC with a fairly standard set up.
I was immediately blown away by the Mac and ilife 06. I now produce websites, produce CD and DVD photo albums and generally get more out of my computing.
My wife uses the new imac, I purchased in late 2007 (the mac mini is not on the TV as a home entertainment center), for her photography and greeting cards she produces.
I have even invested in an old iBook G3 that I am upgrading for a bit of a hobby.
My eldest daughter also uses the Mac and by coincidence her school is a networked Mac school.
I have even got my wife’s mother to buy a Mac mini also. She is a complete technophobe but now enjoys using iPhoto for her photographs and E-mails my wife regularly.
I really like the podcast and keep up the good work. As a recent switcher and a big fan of the mac and OS X, I enjoy listening to the show.
