  1. I really like your podcasts. I did find it very strange that nobody mentioned that Seagate, although they had firmware fixes DID NOT have any software available for MAC’s to detect the drive and flash it. I had 3 x 1TB in my DROBO that were effected, luckily I had my old windows PC and did the flash with that. SO, for me, Seagate could have been better.

  2. Mike, I’m not sure what your particulars were, but I was able to d/l an ISO file that Seagate offered. I then updated the F/W with a bootable CD. I had a 500G Barracuda in a Mac Pro.
