Thanks! When we’re all together there’s the show you hear and also the show behind the show which is hysterical. One day we’ll have to release some of that silliness. Tim V is so funny I think he is going to have a 2nd career as a stand up comedian.

Hey guys,
I have a suggestion to the, “What’s the big disappointment from WWDC?”
New Mac users. That’s right! In my family alone, there are 3 new Mac users (including myself) since this time last year. Now that we’re part of this community, we’re paying more attention to keynotes and stuff that used to have no effect on us in the past. Now, this is something we use…it’s something we can get in the future for our Macs.
This may also lead to the additional “Steve criticisms” that seem to come out of left field.
Though the industry numbers reflect it slightly, there are lots of brand new Mac users out there, and they’re continuing to learn what to expect from Apple.

I’ve been hearing a lot about Steve Jobs’ health. I do wonder what’s going on, but I think he’s okay. Maybe it’s that stock thing that’s going on with him.

On the roundtable a comment was made to the effect that Microsoft copies Apple’s look and feel and Apple copies functionality from 3rd party devs and Microsoft. In my view, copying functionality is copying “innovation” which is one of the things Apple prizes themselves so much on. Good looks are nice, but the functionality of my Mac is what really keeps me on this platform.
